Isolated showers and a storm or two continue across parts of southwest Oklahoma. This activity has decreased in coverage and intensity in the last hour and will likely diminish by later this afternoon.
Meanwhile, other showers across the Oklahoma Panhandle may move into far northwest Oklahoma over the next two to three hours. None of this activity will be severe, but heavy rainfall and perhaps a few lightning strikes will be possible.
Additional storms will develop later this afternoon across parts of western Oklahoma and western North Texas. With very hot daytime temperatures, isolated severe storms will be possible. Large hail and damaging winds may accompany the stronger storms. Remain alert if severe weather approaches your area later today.
