The precipitation was moving south around 20 mph. Some of the showers may reach Chandler, Oklahoma City and El Reno by 1 or 2 PM. Additional showers and thunderstorms may form across northern Oklahoma this afternoon as a cold front pushes slowly south across northwest and west central Oklahoma. Skies across the southern half of Oklahoma will remain sunny to partly cloudy this afternoon with isolated showers and storms possible across southeast Oklahoma.
