6:45 PM CDT Oklahoma Severe Weather Summary (5/28/2012)

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will continue this afternoon across portions of southwest Oklahoma and western North Texas. The strongest storms will be capable of large hail and damaging wind gusts, as well as frequent lightning and brief heavy rain. These storms will affect areas from near Seymour, Dundee and Wichita Falls Texas as well as near Chattanooga, Lawton, Duncan and Pauls Valley through 730 PM. Additional shower and thunderstorms will likely occur through this evening with the threat of severe weather.
