A few showers developed late this evening across a small part of western Oklahoma, extending at 10 PM from near Elk City to Putnam. The showers were moving northeast at about 50 mph. Isolated showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms will continue at times overnight, mainly across the northern half of Oklahoma. Their expected small size and rapid movement should result in very light rainfall amounts. Some small hail is possible with any thunderstorm that forms overnight.
