After highs into the mid 80s today, skies were clear to partly cloudy. The wind was most notable as gusts to 50 mph have occurred most of the day. Sustained winds of 25-35 mph have as occurred. Saturday brings less windy conditions, but a chance a rain and storms. Severe weather should stay east of Oklahoma City. And now, your 7-day forecast.

Saturday: Partly cloudy. Cooler. Highs in the lower 70s. North winds 10 to 20 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy. Slight chance of thunderstorms in the evening…then chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Cooler. Lows in the mid 40s. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph after midnight. Chance of thunderstorms 30 percent.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with chance of thunderstorms. Cooler. Highs in the mid 50s. Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of thunderstorms 40 percent.
