As of 515 am, the cold front has moved through western North Texas and all but far southeastern Oklahoma. A large area of thunderstorms has develop near the front across north central Texas into southeast Oklahoma from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex up to Sherman Texas and into southeastern Oklahoma.
Although most of these storms will be farther south and east, the storms will affect portions of Bryan County in southeast Oklahoma before sunrise. The storms are moving east-northeast, but the area of storms will continue to move southeast as the cold front continues to move southeast.
Otherwise, gusty north winds of 15 to 30 mph will persist this morning and into the afternoon across Oklahoma and western portions of North Texas. Some gusts to 40 mph will be possible this morning, especially across southwestern Oklahoma and western North Texas.
